1. The shipper shall provide his own ID card or other valid identity documents to consign the goods in real name, and shall also provide the transportation certificate issued by the public security, quarantine and other relevant departments.

 

2. The shipper shall fill in the domestic cargo consignment form and the security inspection declaration list. The writing must be clear and the contents shall be complete. The name of the goods shall not be filled with the general name of the goods. A consignment note can only have one shipper and consignee, and the consignee can only have the name of one unit or one person. For the goods that cannot be transported together, the consignment note shall be filled in separately. The shipper shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the contents in the domestic cargo consignment letter and security inspection declaration list, and the information and documents provided.

 

3. Dangerous goods, articles prohibited or restricted by the government, dangerous goods, valuables, confidential documents, securities, etc. shall not be carried in the goods, or concealed or falsely reported to be consigned as ordinary goods.

 

4. The weight, package, package size, marking and transportation requirements of the cargo shall comply with the aircraft type requirements and relevant regulations of the carrier airline. The weight of each piece shall not exceed 80kg and the volume shall not exceed 40x60x100cm.

 

5. The shipper shall be responsible for the authenticity and correctness of the contents filled in the consignment note and the security inspection declaration list, and sign or seal on the cargo consignment note and the security inspection declaration list.

 

6. The bulk cargo consigned by the non cargo owner shall be opened for inspection by the freight forwarder. For the goods whose nature cannot be determined, the non dangerous goods identification report issued by the identification institution recognized by the carrier shall be provided.

 

7. When consigning fresh perishable goods, living animals, emergency goods and goods with time limit, relevant requirements shall also be met.
