Yibin Wuliangye airport is located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, China, about 11km away from Yibin City area. It is a 4C military and civilian transport airport. Yibin Wuliangye airport was approved by the State Council and the Central Military Commission in May 2012, started construction on January 20, 2016, and officially opened on December 5, 2019. Yibin Wuliangye airport has a terminal building with an area of 24000 square meters, a runway with a length of 2600 meters, a terminal of 24000 square meters, and 13 parking stands (including 6 corridor bridges). The supporting facilities include communication, meteorology, oil supply, freight transportation, fire rescue, etc. The airport has 25 routes to 23 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Changsha, Tianjin, Haikou, Taiyuan, Ningbo, Kunming, Qingdao, Xiamen, Wuhan (suspended), Xi'an, Lijiang, Sanya, Hangzhou, Lhasa, Nanjing, Guilin and Xishuangbanna.
